Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of multiple modifications or a sequence of modifications followed by cancellation, each modification or cancellation will be subject to an individual maximum charge of Rs 5000. This means that the total modification or cancellation charges may exceed Rs 5000 if you make multiple changes to your booking.

The total kilometers limit will be adjusted based on the duration of the booking. For example, if your original booking is for a duration of 40 hours on a pricing plan of 10 kilometers per hour, the kilometers limit will be 400 kilometers (40 x 10). If you modify the duration of this booking to 25 hours, the new booking will have a kilometers limit of 250 kilometers (25 x 10).

It is not possible to modify the pricing plan (i.e., the number of kilometers per hour in the kilometers limit) after the booking has been made.

The unlimited kilometers pricing plan is available only for bookings with a duration exceeding 72 hours. If your booking is on this pricing plan and you modify it to a shorter duration (less than 72 hours), the pricing plan will automatically change to the highest available plan (i.e., the plan with the maximum number of kilometers per hour), and additional kilometers charges will apply if you exceed the kilometers limit.

All modifications are subject to availability. Changes to the car or location are not permitted within 3 hours of the trip start time or after.
